For over 25 years, ADInstruments has been designing innovative solutions to facilitate research and education for organisations operating in the life science sphere.  With a team of over 65 in New Zealand, along with 13 offices and 40 distributors internationally, we are recognised as a leader in our field.
We've become a world leader not just by developing the best products with the best technologies, but by having the best people supporting them.  As a Software Tester you will have superb attention to detail as you will be manually testing software and hardware to ensure its quality before release to our customers.
You'll also create and follow your own testing plan to record and track any bugs you find.  You'll be patient and methodical, as the software and hardware needs checking and re-checking before going out to customers.
A degree in a Life Science or Information Technology is essential, as is a familiarity with Macintosh and Windows operating systems.  But this role is more about having a logical approach and using your initiative, than being an IT guru.
You'll be a clear communicator and team player, as you'll be working with other teams in the company to define and resolve issues with the software.  You also thrive on your ability to solve problems, be adaptable and have a positive outlook.
When you join ADInstruments, know that you're joining a company that believes passionately about investing in and nurturing its staff.  You'll find yourself immersed in a relaxed culture with a supportive and highly collaborative team.  It's this approach that has seen us become an IBM Kenexa Best Workplace Finalist for the last six years running.
