Personal Statement
I have worked in Life Sciences, working in a multidisciplinary team at the University of Otago Medical School and have a degree in Information Technology, majoring in training and communication studies. I have also worked in industry as an Industrial and R&D Chemist. I have extensive people skills and much of my work has involved liaising and coordination with groups of people, in diverse environments.

I have a scientific mind, and have a logical and problem solving approach to work, which I have demonstrated in a number of areas.  I am Flexible and adaptable with a broad and varied work experience, I am able to adjust easily to different situations.  Conscientious, thorough, analytical and tenacious, I am efficient in problem solving, planning and time management.  Able to get along well with all kinds of people, I am tactful and enjoy helping others and working with people. Being a very enthusiastic and active people person, I am a supportive and co-operative team member with excellent communication skills.
